The TWBQ gas turbine flow sensor is a new generation of high-precision and highly reliable gas precision measuring instrument that has been independently developed and optimized by drawing on advanced technology of flow instruments at home and abroad, integrating theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measurement performance, multiple signal output modes, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely used for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas. This type of turbine flow product itself does not have on-site display function, and only transmits flow signals in the form of pulse signals for remote output. The instrument is inexpensive, highly integrated, and compact in size, making it particularly suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary displays, PLCs, and DCS. Intelligent temperature and pressure compensation integrated gas turbine flowmeter

The TWBQ-D gas turbine flowmeter is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors, as well as an intelligent flow integrator. Through a microprocessor unit, the real-time collected flow, temperature, and pressure signals are compensated for temperature and pressure according to the gas equation, and the compression factor is automatically corrected. Then, the volumetric flow rate under standard conditions is displayed intuitively.

1. Selection instructions: When selecting, users should reasonably choose the model and specifications of the flowmeter based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline, the maximum pressure of the medium, the temperature of the medium, the composition of the medium, the flow range, and the signal output requirements.
To achieve optimal performance of the flowmeter, the flow rate range should be within the Qmax range of (20% to 80%), which is more appropriate.
The signal output mode of the flowmeter at the factory: working condition pulse signal output (three wire system), standard flow signal (IC card) output, or RS-485 communication output. If other output functions are required, please specify when placing an order.
