Overview
This product mainly provides a temperature and humidity changing environment for scientific research institutions such as aerospace, aviation, petroleum, chemical, electronics, and communication. At the same time, electric vibration stress is applied to the test sample in the test chamber according to the prescribed cycle, for users to conduct comprehensive temperature, humidity, and vibration stress screening tests on the whole machine (or components), electrical appliances, instruments, etc., in order to assess the adaptability of the test sample or evaluate its behavior.

Adopting fully computerized human-machine dialogue methods, the human-machine interface is friendly, the operation is convenient, and the degree of automation is high. After the user sets the program, the equipment can be run without manual intervention during the operation process.
Due to the use of intelligent computer control software, the control system can automatically combine the working conditions of subsystems such as refrigeration, heating, and humidification, ensuring high-precision control throughout the entire temperature and humidity range, while achieving energy-saving and noise reduction goals.
The inner wall of the test area is made of highly rustproof stainless steel, and the outer wall of the equipment is made of rustproof steel plate treated by electrostatic spraying. Polyamine foam plastic or ultra-fine glass wool is used as the thermal insulation material.
Can be equipped with vibration tables of different manufacturers and models, including regular vertical vibration tables and horizontal sliding tables. The interface of the vibration table can be selected in various forms to ensure good mechanical transmission characteristics of the vibration table while ensuring cold, hot, and airtight sealing.
The use of serialized and modular design and manufacturing concepts enhances the universality of components, thereby improving the efficiency of design, manufacturing, maintenance, and product reliability, while also providing users with more opportunities for selection.
Using a semi enclosed refrigeration compressor and high-efficiency heat exchanger, it is sturdy and durable, with particularly high efficiency in low-temperature conditions.
Liquid nitrogen refrigeration system can be selected.
