The temperature control high and low temperature integrated machine is a laboratory instrument and equipment mainly used for precise temperature control during experimental processes. It combines the dual functions of rapid cooling and heating, achieving the desired temperature in a short period of time and maintaining temperature stability through advanced cooling and heating technologies.

Product Details

The temperature control high and low temperature integrated machine usually adopts advanced refrigeration technology, such as liquid nitrogen, refrigerant, etc., as well as precise temperature control system, to achieve fast and accurate temperature control. In high temperature mode, the all-in-one machine raises the temperature to the desired high temperature through electric heating or gas heating; In low-temperature mode, the all-in-one machine uses refrigeration technology to reduce the temperature to the desired low temperature. At the same time, the all-in-one machine is also equipped with intelligent temperature sensors and control systems, which can monitor and adjust the temperature in real time, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the temperature.
Multi functional workshop/laboratory intelligent temperature control unit:
1. Explosion proof device, air blowing and oil return function (optional);
2. Return oil temperature display, automatic exhaust function upon startup, cooling and heating power switching function;
3. Remote communication function, realizing automated management and shutdown delay cooling function (optional);
4. Isolation type electrical control box, extending the service life of electrical appliances, and hot oil BY-PASS pressure relief circuit;
5. Multi point temperature control unit, oil pump horsepower, and cooling and heating power can be customized;
6. The electrical appliances adopt SIEMENS. Wedmuller, LS, JUMO, ABB, WEST;
7. Temperature control range: -90 ℃ -280 ℃ (material temperature control optional)
8. Control method: Imported microcomputer or (optional) PLC control is adopted.
Composition of temperature control unit TCU
1. Heat exchange system: mainly includes heat exchangers and corresponding accessories, including heating systems and/or cooling systems. Depending on the different functions of the system, corresponding heat exchange equipment can be added or removed.
2. Pipeline system: mainly composed of pipelines, pipeline components, pipe fittings, valves and other components.
3. Media system: mainly includes primary media system and secondary media system. The main function of the former is to quantitatively provide heating and cooling media according to the calculation demand, which directly affects the customer's public energy system. The latter mainly includes a circulation pump and accessories, whose main function is to achieve the circulation and energy supply of the secondary medium in the system.
4. Control system: mainly includes control program system and measurement and control execution hardware. The former includes control programs and human-computer interaction interfaces, while the latter includes sensors, regulating execution valves, and computer execution components.
5. Expansion system: The main equipment of the expansion system is the expansion tank, constant pressure gas supply, pressure balance maintenance system, etc.
