Design features

Flexible CIP nozzle, the nozzle head is flush with the inner wall of the equipment to be cleaned when not in use (spray drying chamber, cyclone separator, fluidized bed, storage tank, pipeline, etc.), and the retracted position will not interfere with the process and eliminate product retention during operation. During operation, water is pumped under pressure to the nozzle, which forces the nozzle head into the correct position to clean the equipment. Once the water supply stops, the nozzle head automatically retracts to its starting position.
