The dried fruit belt dryer adopts the principle of multi-layer utilization of hot air. The interior of the host is composed of 5 layers of stainless steel mesh belts, which are supported by the support rods below. The support rods are made of seamless pipes and are driven by chains on both sides. There are baffles on the top of the chains to prevent materials from falling into the middle of the track. The mesh belts are fixed on the support rods. The pure hot air from the hot air stove is sent to the bottom of the dryer through a blower. It first passes through the next layer of mesh belt and exchanges heat with the dry material to remove some moisture. Then, it passes through each layer of mesh belt layer by layer, forming a counter current heat exchange with the material. After reaching the upper layer and exchanging heat with the wet material, the humid air is basically saturated, and the induced draft fan is used to discharge the humid air outside through the dehumidification outlet. Adopting forced dehumidification airflow, multi-layer belt circulation flipping, drying materials layer by layer, fully utilizing hot air, drying and dehydrating quickly, running efficiently, and reducing energy consumption.
