Technical data of TL series synchronous motor

The TL and TDL series vertical synchronous motors manufactured by our company are mainly used to drive vertical axial and mixed flow pumps. The motor structure is a two conductor suspension type. There are thrust bearings and guide bearings in the upper frame, and guide bearings in the lower frame. Both upper and lower frames are equipped with oil tanks, and the bearings are self-lubricating in an oil bath. The cooling method is self fan cooling, semi duct ventilation, or closed circulation with a cooler. The motor stator adopts coil soft offline and VPI integral immersion painting technology. The motor is equipped with temperature measuring components to monitor temperature, as well as electronic speed measuring devices and high-pressure oil lifting devices when needed. The excitation device generally adopts a microcomputer based fully controlled device.
The TGB series is matched with a through flow pump and can operate underwater, suitable for low head and high flow.
