Parameter introduction:

1) It can simultaneously detect the weight and hardness of tablets of various sizes and shapes, with a complete testing speed of 6 tablets per minute.

2) Alternatively, only weight can be tested at a speed of 20 capsules per minute.

3) Weight detection accuracy: 1-2mg, weight detection range: 2000mg;

4) Hardness testing accuracy: 0.1N, hardness range: 200N.

Working Principle:

For the dual outlet tablet press, one TD20 tablet detector, two sets of automatic timed sampling devices for tablets (only applicable when the user's tablet press does not have an automatic sampling device), and two sets of pneumatic conveying devices are configured to simultaneously detect the weight and hardness of tablets of various shapes and sizes online.

The two outlets A and B of the tablet press are sampled at regular intervals according to the set time interval and quantity limit. When no sampling is taken, the tablets at the outlet of the tablet press enter the screening machine normally. When it is necessary to extract tablet testing samples, the tablets at the outlet of the tablet press enter the pneumatic conveying device through the sampling device.

Two outlets, A and B, alternate in sampling. Sampling time interval>(number of samples per time/detection speed).

Two movable pneumatic conveying devices relay the tablet samples in a time-sharing manner to the storage bin of the TD20 tablet detector. After the inspection is completed, the pneumatic conveying device can be moved to leave space for cleaning and maintenance of the tablet press.

Testing process: For the same tablet, first check the weight, then check the hardness, and squeeze the remaining tablets into the waste tablet hopper.

The waste bin can be easily removed and cleaned.

When the sampling quantity exceeds the set quantity, the T20 tablet detector can automatically send the excess tablets into the untested storage hopper to enter the testing step of the next batch of tablets as soon as possible.
