TS11478 Near Infrared Fiber Spectrometer

TS11478 is a near-infrared fiber spectrometer based on a transmission grating and InGaAs detector. It uses a fixed transmission grating and a 512 line array detector unit to achieve real-time and fast near-infrared spectrum acquisition. TS11478 has good temperature stability, with a wavelength shift of no more than 2 pixels within the temperature range of 5-35 ℃. Adopting N A0.17 high-throughput optical path and high diffraction efficiency transmission grating, compared to similar products, this product has better sensitivity and consistency.
