UV fluorescence sulfur analyzerThe principle of using ultraviolet fluorescence method for determination. After being introduced into the high-temperature cracking furnace, the sample undergoes cracking oxidation reaction. At a high temperature of around 1050 ℃, the sample is vaporized and undergoes oxidative cracking, where sulfides are quantitatively converted into sulfur dioxide. The reaction gas is carried by the carrier gas, and after passing through a membrane dryer to remove its moisture, it enters the reaction chamber. Sulfur dioxide (sulfur content) is exposed to specific wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation, absorbing this radiation to redirect some electrons to high-energy orbitals. Once electrons return to their original orbits, excess energy is released in the form of light and detected by a photomultiplier tube at a specific wavelength. The emitted fluorescence is specific to sulfur and proportional to the sulfur content in the original sample. After amplification by a microcurrent amplifier and computer data processing, it can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of light.
