The TRILOS continuous dispersion homogenizer adopts a special fixed rotor structure. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the slurry is subjected to strong shear, compression, and impact in the narrow gap between the rotor and the stator. For the solid components such as ceramic particles and additives in the low viscosity cast ceramic slurry of solid oxide fuel cells, this high-strength force can effectively break the agglomerates between particles, making them evenly dispersed in the liquid medium, thereby improving the uniformity and stability of the slurry.
