The measurement range of resistance value is less than (<) 0.1 Ω (1.0E-1 Ω) to 200T Ω (2.0E+14 Ω). According to the S11.11 standard, using a concentric ring electrode fixture, it is possible to measure a resistivity of up to 2.0E+15 Ω/Sq (ohms/square meter)

Display: Multi functional 2-5/8 "x1-5/8" LCD screen with a digital height of 0.5 '. Use 3-1/2 digits to display measurement data in decimal counting method, or use 1.0EXX to display measurement data in Scientific notation. The unit indicators for displaying data using decimal counting method include Ω, K Ω, M Ω, G Ω, and T Ω. They include 19 analog ranges (1-10 with a minimum reading of 0.5) and x1, x10,&x100 multiplier factors. Data counting register (0-80).
