Detection principle:
The TR-131B portable total phosphorus analyzer from Tongao brand uses a closed digestion tube and potassium persulfate as an oxidant to convert all phosphorus containing compounds in the sample into phosphate ions at 125 ℃. Under acidic conditions, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is reduced by the reducing agent ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. The total phosphorus content (mg/L) is directly displayed after calculation by a microcomputer chip using colorimetric method.
