It is a precision instrument mainly used for DC testing of DC high-voltage generators and high-voltage test transformers, and is an ideal instrument tool for testing DC high-voltage leakage current.

The measurement of leakage current in DC withstand voltage is an important test item in preventive testing procedures. However, traditional pointer microampere meters have disadvantages such as large reading errors, poor anti-interference ability, and inability to protect against impulse current when measuring DC leakage current. It has reliable use, is not afraid of discharge shock, high accuracy, clear digital display, stable indication, large range, strong overload capacity, and can automatically switch range (shift). In order to prevent stray currents from entering the meter at the testing site, the material of the instrument housing is selected as a lightweight metal housing to ensure good shielding of the instrument. Strong ability to resist interference and surge current, it is an ideal product to replace traditional pointer microampere meters.

3、 Usage method

1. The screen microampere gauge is connected to the nut shown in the figure below. The "2" at the bottom is a hole M10 nut. When in use, tighten the M10 nut on the top high-voltage output terminal. At this time, the power supply of the high-voltage digital display screen microampere gauge is turned on, and the instrument displays -000, indicating normal operation.

Alternatively, for use on a DC test transformer, the GDSWB type high-voltage digital screen microampere meter can be used by screwing the nut onto the high-voltage end bolt of the DC transformer using the same method.

2. Connect one end of the matching high-voltage shielding lead to the socket "1" in the upper right corner of the instrument, as shown in the figure. The "1" in the upper right corner is the dual core socket for the high-voltage shielding lead wire from the instrument to the test sample. When inserted, the shielding of the lead wire is connected to the shielding of the microampere meter. The other end of the core wire clamp is connected to the test sample, placing the entire high-voltage measurement circuit in a fully shielded state, eliminating the influence of high-voltage corona current and other stray currents on the ground, and making the data measured by the microampere meter the true leakage current of the test sample. But the shielded wire should be suspended high and cannot be grounded when there is high voltage.

3. Connect the filtering capacitor (referring to the filtering capacitor used for DC withstand voltage test on the AC/DC test transformer).

After the measurement test is completed, use a discharge rod to discharge multiple times, then roll up the high-voltage shielding wire, unscrew the instrument, and properly store the instrument.

One Precautions

1. The instrument is already equipped with overload protection, but excessive current surge should still be avoided.

2. In order to ensure reliable instrument accuracy, the battery can be replaced after three to four months of continuous use, or when the instrument displays "convex", the battery should be replaced to ensure instrument accuracy.

3. When reading or memorizing table numbers, pay attention to the changes in the decimal point to avoid reading or misreading current values.

If not used for a long time, the battery should be removed.

5. Pay attention to moisture and prevent severe vibration.
