Brief description

The machine is composed of columns, machine bases, rotary forks, drives, brakes, control systems, and other components. Push the mixing hopper into the rotary fork and lock the nut, start the control system, lift the hopper to the mixing height and position it reliably. The drive system automatically mixes according to the set time, speed, and other data. After the mixed operation is completed, the rotary fork stops vertically, the hopper automatically descends to the ground, the whole machine stops, and process data is printed. Loosen the locking nut of the rotary fork and push the hopper out to the next process.

2. The rotating body (mixing hopper) forms a 30 ° angle with the rotating axis, and the material in the mixing hopper flips along the rotating body while making tangential motion along the bucket wall, producing strong flipping and high-speed tangential motion, thus achieving the mixing effect.

3. Adopting PLC fully automatic control and setting up infrared safety devices and anti misoperation devices for the discharge valve disc to ensure complete production.

4. The whole machine has no hygiene blind spots, and the exposed material is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, which fully meets the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
