To evaluate the mechanical properties of materials, the TMA-60/60H thermomechanical analyzer can analyze various samples using multiple measurement methods (expansion, tension, needle puncture).

·In order to measure the thermal expansion characteristics of ceramics and glass more accurately, TMA-60H uses differential expansion method, providing more precise results for measurements in the high temperature range.
·A new type of high-precision, low drift displacement sensor is used. Due to the use of high-precision digital displacement sensors, the measurement accuracy of TMA-60/60H has significantly improved compared to traditional TMA. Meanwhile, the displacement measurement range covers various deformations ranging from small to significant.

By using the automatic measurement method of TMA-60, the digital position sensor can directly measure the deformation of the sample. So, compared to the method of calculating the sample length by calculating the movement distance, TMA-60 can obtain more accurate results.
·TMA-60 and TMA-60H furnace bodies are easy to replace, and the plug-in sample temperature sensor fundamentally simplifies maintenance.
·The standard system contains gas flow channels that allow for independent introduction of purge gas or water vapor and reaction gas. (Use the optional FC-60A to control automatic gas switching).
