TIG welding system

TIG welding, also known as non melting inert gas shielded arc welding. TIG welding is a commonly used welding method for both manual and automatic welding of stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5-4.0mm. The method of TIG welding with filler wire is commonly used for the bottom welding of pressure vessels, because TIG welding has better air tightness and can reduce the porosity of the weld seam during pressure vessel welding. The heat source for TIG welding is a direct current arc, with a working voltage of 10-95 volts but a current of up to 600 amperes. The correct connection method for the welding machine is to connect the workpiece to the positive pole of the power supply, with the tungsten electrode in the welding torch as the negative pole. The inert gas is generally argon.
