THZ-82ABefore using the rotary water bath constant temperature oscillator, please note:

1Please read this manual carefully before use.

2The working surface of the machine should not be excessively smooth (such as tiles, etc.).

3The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.

4The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in an environment with direct sunlight.

5The speed control should start slowly from low speed to high speed.

6The machine may experience some displacement during high-speed oscillation, so it should be monitored by someone during use.

Instructions for using THZ-82A rotary water bath constant temperature oscillator:

1Load the test bottle and maintain balance. If it is a dual function model, set the oscillation mode. (For detailed settings, please refer to the diagram below *)

2Connect the power supply and set the timer time according to the surface scale of the machine. If you need to work for a long time, adjust the timer to "normally on"'Location.

3Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:

（1）Set the control switch to the "setting" position'At this point, the temperature displayed on the screen is the set temperature. Adjust the knob to set it to the temperature you need for your work. (The working temperature you set should be higher than the ambient temperature. At this time, the machine starts heating up and the yellow indicator light is on. Otherwise, the machine will not work.)

（2）THZ-82A rotary water bath constant temperature oscillator, set the small switch of the control part to "measurement"'At this time, the temperature displayed on the screen is the actual temperature of the air inside the test chamber. As the temperature inside the chamber changes, the displayed number will also change accordingly.

（3）When heated to the desired temperature, the heating will automatically stop and the green indicator light will turn on; When the heat inside the test chamber dissipates below the temperature you set, a new round of heating will begin.

4Activate the oscillation device:

（1）Turn on the oscillation switch on the control panel, and the indicator light will turn on.

（2）Adjust the oscillation speed knob to the desired oscillation frequency.

5After completing the work, cut off the power and set the speed control knob and temperature control knob to the lowest point.

6Clean the machine and keep it clean.
