THM-700 series air mass flow meter (please distinguish between 20L and 50L)

Implement enterprise standard Q/WTH 08-2014: THM-700 series air quality flowmeter.

　　Working Principle:
The THM-700 series flowmeter is designed specifically for flow detection in air automatic station instruments, using the principle of "precise diversion technology+mass flow meter (air)". The THM-703 flow measurement range is 0-20L/m3, mainly used in PM10 and PM2.5 particle concentration monitoring and sampling instruments that use 16.7 L/m3 sampling. The flowmeter interface is made according to the internationally recognized diameter of 32.7mm (1.25 inches), and during measurement, simply remove the PM10 or PM2.5 cutter that uses 16.7 L/m3 flow rate and insert the flowmeter, which is fast and convenient. This instrument has the function of remote transmission of flow test data to a PC, enabling continuous measurement and recording of 4 data items in five minutes. The THM-702 flow measurement range is 0-3L/m3, mainly used for flow testing of monitoring instruments such as SO2, NO2, CO, O3, etc. THM-701 has a flow measurement range of 0-200mL/m3 and is used in conjunction with THM-703. It is mainly used for testing two mass flow meters in dynamic calibrators.
