  Working Principle:
The TH-2016 atmospheric heavy metal online analyzer adopts energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and combines our company's proprietary atmospheric particulate matter enrichment technology for testing. The complete set of instruments includes atmospheric particulate matter enrichment system, membrane rolling system, XRF analysis and testing system, computer control system, display system, etc.


  Instrument configuration:
Atmospheric particulate matter enrichment system
The atmospheric particulate matter enrichment system mainly consists of a cutter, a DHS dynamic heating system, a filter paper belt, and a sampling pump. The atmospheric cutter separates particles of the required dynamic diameter based on aerodynamic principles at a certain flow rate. The TH-2016 atmospheric heavy metal online analyzer can be equipped with TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 cutters according to user needs to achieve graded determination of heavy metals in particles of different sizes.


  Roll film system
The film rolling system mainly consists of a film issuing motor, a film collecting motor, a guide rod, a polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane, etc. The TH-2016 atmospheric heavy metal online analyzer uses a specialized polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane, which is different from the quartz filter membrane, glass fiber filter membrane, and polyvinyl chloride filter membrane used for measuring ordinary particulate matter. This membrane does not contain heavy metal components in the atmosphere, making it easy to reduce the measurement background and has sufficient strength.


  XRF Analysis and Testing System
The X-ray fluorescence analysis system mainly includes low-power X-ray tubes, X-ray fluorescence detectors, multi filter switching devices, automatic zero calibration devices, digital multi-channel analyzers, and analysis software. The X-ray tube adopts low-power imported X-ray tubes, which have the characteristics of long service life, stable long-term operation performance, and high X-ray excitation efficiency; Adopting imported X-ray fluorescence detectors with high counting rates and utilizing semiconductor electric refrigeration technology, the detector volume is greatly reduced and the measurement background is extremely low, ensuring the instrument's high spectral resolution and performance advantages without peak drift or peak expansion phenomena.


  Display control system
The instrument adopts a 10 inch touch screen display and is built into the host, which can complete the test without the need for an additional computer. Can facilitate human-computer interaction.

  Instrument features:
The instrument is produced according to the US EPA IO-3.3 standard method.
The perfect combination of imported X-ray fluorescence (XRF) detection devices and automatic enrichment technology for atmospheric particulate matter.
◆ Optional TSP, PM10, or PM2.5 particle cutters are available to measure the distribution of heavy metal particles on different dynamic diameters.
Accurate measurement of heavy metal content such as lead, arsenic, and mercury, with detection sensitivity on the order of ng/m3, and can be extended to 32 types of heavy metal elements.
The host adopts an international standard 19 "chassis, which can be installed on the standard cabinet of the atmospheric automatic station or on the mobile monitoring vehicle.
The instrument is equipped with three built-in filters, which automatically switch to achieve low background measurement; Built in calibration module, automatic calibration of both horizontal and vertical coordinates.
Using EPA certified film standards for one-time calibration, no calibration is required after leaving the factory.
It has multiple data transmission methods such as RS232/485, USB, GPRS, Ethernet, etc., which can realize remote transmission, monitoring, and inspection of operating parameters, status, and data.
The system software adopts advanced hierarchical modular design, with powerful and flexible functions such as data setting, calibration, saving, display, query, analysis, and transmission. Users can also quickly and conveniently customize and extend any other custom features.
