working principle:
This instrument adopts ultraviolet absorption method. The basic working principle is that ozone can absorb ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 254nm, and the strength of the absorbed ultraviolet light is related to its concentration. The sample gas detection method is:
A low-pressure mercury lamp is used to emit ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 254nm, which is irradiated into the detection chamber. The detection chamber alternately passes through a sample gas (containing ozone) and a reference gas (sample gas after removing ozone). The concentration of O3 in the sample gas is calculated using Lambert Beer's law based on the light intensity ratio of the two gases. Two monitoring paths are used, one as the sample gas path for measurement and the other as the reference light path for monitoring changes in the zinc lamp light source, automatically compensating for changes in the light source.
