The TGSS series horizontal scraper conveyor is a new model developed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced technologies from similar equipment at home and abroad. The key component of the machine, the toothed plate, is made of chromium molybdenum H1 wear-resistant steel, and the effective life of the toothed roller teeth can reach 2000H-7500H or more depending on the coal quality. Adopting modular combination design and standardized factory production, the tooth plate has strong universality. Good mutual compatibility greatly shortens the replacement time of the gear plate, reduces labor intensity, and ensures the reserve requirements of the gear plate.
