01 TEC high and low temperature aging test benchfunction
This product consists of two parts: a TEC high and low temperature table and a water-cooled temperature controller. It uses semiconductor refrigeration chips as refrigeration heaters to build a high and low temperature testing platform, which can quickly test high and low temperatures for products such as micro displays, LEDs, wafers, chips, detectors, sensors, photomultiplier tubes, etc.

02 TEC high and low temperature aging test benchfeature
Rapid temperature change greatly accelerates the aging rate at high and low temperatures;
● Small footprint, easy to move;
High temperature control stability, ± 0.1 ℃ or ± 0.01 ℃;
Control temperature range -40~140 ℃, other ranges can be customized;
The uniformity of plane temperature is below ± 0.1 ℃;
Temperature control has overcurrent, overvoltage, and over temperature protection;
● Heat dissipation method: water cooling;
We can customize a complete temperature control system according to customer needs.
