When installing the ball screw nut on the workbench using the TBI screw support seat, insert the nut into the support and temporarily tighten it.
2. Temporarily tighten the fixed side onto the TBI screw fixing seat FK12, and place the worktable close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the axis center. Adjust the worktable to move smoothly. When using the fixed side as a reference, adjust the ball screw nut to maintain a certain gap between it and the worktable or support. When using the worktable as a reference, adjust it with a thin washer or leave a certain gap between the outer surface of the nut and the inner surface of the installation part.
3. Place the workbench close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the axis center, making the workbench move back and forth multiple times until the nut can move smoothly throughout its entire stroke, and temporarily tighten the TBI screw fixing seat on the base. Confirm the accuracy and fully tighten the TBI screw support seat. Use a dial gauge to test the swing and axial clearance of the ball screw shaft end while fully tightening the nut, nut support, fixed side, and support side of the ball screw in sequence.
