With the following impressive technologies and features, DIL 832 has become an ideal tool for all R&D laboratories to perform mechanical and dimensional characterization: TA instrument removes True Differential ™ Technology, obtaining proprietary 1 nm resolution optical encoders, a series of new dynamic heating furnaces, and a new linear sample loading motor. Create a horizontal push rod expander with excellent performance in the industry, unaffected by the tested application or material.
Within the total measurement range of 5000 μ m, the linear motor can ensure a sample loading force of 0.01 to 1.00 N, with a force resolution of 0.01 N and linearity better than 0.01 N.
Obtaining a proprietary new incremental optical encoder reduces the true resolution of length measurement to 1 nm, reaching an excellent level compared to similar products. Support measuring short samples while maintaining excellent ∆ L resolution.
The newly designed measuring head housing and active electrical thermal stability ensure that the detection core has the stability of deletion.
