A single axis shredder suitable for crushing large volume and high hardness materials, similar to the materials processed by the P series.

The strong chassis structure, inclined feeding method, and oversized chassis achieve higher production and more stable crushing. The inclined material guide rail and large chassis design make equipment maintenance faster and more convenient. The unique blade roller arrangement of Wiscon has increased the production capacity of this series of models by 20%.
This series of shredders comes in various models and sizes, as well as 4 types of specialized knife rollers to choose from, making it widely used in various industries for large-scale material reduction. Mainly deals with large volume, high hardness, and high toughness rubber head materials, plastic products, wood, industrial waste paper, etc.

Crushing effect

Design features

·Standard knife roller: suitable for any application. High throughput, low power consumption, and reduced operating costs for heat load.
·Thin film knife roller: controlled feeding, precise crushing, with bolt or welded knife holder.
·Hard material cutter roller: On the basis of the standard cutter roller, the diameter of the cutter roller body is increased, and it contains a welded cutter seat. The cutting edge can be exchanged and used twice, reducing operating costs.
·Detachable knife roller: Adopting a detachable moving knife holder, it is convenient to replace the moving knife holder after wear and tear.
