Product Usage:
This device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical engineering. It is also applicable to the distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to the user's requirements, this device can distill about 30% of dilute alcohol to 90-95 degrees alcohol or finished alcohol. If the degree requirement is higher, the reflux ratio can be increased, and the single output will be correspondingly reduced.

Product Overview:
The installation of the recycling tower requires not only the verticality, airtightness, and stability of the tower, but also the quality of the installation of each tower section and corrugated packing, which is the key factor affecting efficiency. The specific requirements are:
Each plate of corrugated packing must be level and filled with asbestos rope or polytetrafluoroethylene shavings around to prevent short circuits. Surrounding filling materials are not allowed to be usedCeramic rings or broken ceramic tiles are used to prevent the filling material from sinking. Do not fill with substances that are prone to rust or decay.
The packing disks should be tightly attached to each other without any gaps. The two discs of corrugated packing in contact should be arranged in a 90 degree staggered direction.
The packing surfaces at both ends of each tower section should be level with the flange surface to minimize the gap between the packing materials on the two end faces after connecting the two tower sections.


working principle:
The main equipment of the ethanol distillation unit is the alcohol recovery tower, which utilizes the principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than that of water and its solutions. It heats and evaporates the alcohol solution to be recovered at a temperature slightly higher than the boiling point of alcohol. After distillation in the tower, high concentration alcohol vapor is evaporated. Further cooled and recovered through a condenser to obtain alcohol that meets the required concentration.
