Ultra PurePep®PathwayPure reliability

Ultra PurePep®PathwayProvide dedicated microfluidic matrix valve block flow paths for each reaction vessel to reduce cross contamination, enabling the laboratory to prepare ultra pure peptides on multiple reaction vessels. The system transports all fluids through nitrogen and vacuum, and its diaphragm can withstand harsh chemicals, with zero dead volume, no cross contamination characteristics, and can continuously provide performance. Other systems on the market use ready-made valves, which are prone to leakage or corrosion leading to cross contamination and rapid failure when exposed to harsh peptide synthesis chemicals. Symphony®X comes with Ultra PurePep built-in®Pathway， All fluid transport is validated by optical sensors, ensuring reliable peptide purity every time.

24 independent channels

Symphony®XIt is a 24 channel independent peptide synthesizer with on-demand synthesis capability and ultra-high throughput, making it an economical choice for high demand peptide production. You can run different sequences, scales, and methods on multiple reactors simultaneously. Each reactor can be started, stopped, or paused at any time! It's like having 24 synthesizers.

Controllable induction heating

Efficient heating can reach the set temperature in a very short time. This technology is compatible with vortex mixing to ensure uniform temperature distribution. Other heating systems that use nitrogen mixing may result in uneven heating and cooling, affecting the consistency of chemical reactions.

Real time UV monitoring

Through Symphony®The Intellisynth real-time ultraviolet monitoring function of X instrument reduces trial and error when synthesizing difficult sequences. What is the difference between our UV monitoring? Other systems only monitor the waste liquid flow, while we directly monitor the reaction solution during the mixing process, which is why we can accurately control the deprotection reaction time (rather than just controlling the number of cycles). Real time UV monitoring ensures efficient completion of the reaction and avoids excessive waste of reagents.

Pre activation

Multiple reactors can now be pre activated in parallel. Specially suitable for the addition of steric hindrance amino acids! In Symphony®Optimize your DIC/HOBT chemical method on X and directly scale up production.

Special reagent addition

Through Single Shot technology, expensive special reagents can be added to any reactor without pre rinsing and without wasting a drop! No need for manual intervention, saving costs! Symphony®X is equipped with up to 40 amino acid positions, which can meet any chemical needs.

automatic cutting

Symphony®XEquipped with fully automatic and customizable cutting functions, no additional modules are required. You can choose to cut immediately (limited to Fmoc), cut at the end of synthesis, or cut on a specified date and time. Collect the cut peptides in a convenient 50 mL centrifuge tube. All Protein Technologies synthesizers are made of sturdy and TFA resistant materials, allowing for year-round cutting operations without any worries. If there is no cutting requirement, you can flexibly adjust Symphony®The collection site of X is used as an additional amino acid site.

Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) support services will verify and document whether the supply, installation, and operation of your instrument comply with GPT specifications. GPT certified on-site service engineers will inspect critical components to ensure that the system operates normally during automatic synthesis operations, and provide supporting documentation to help you meet regulatory requirements, providing solid support for your operations in cGMP and other regulatory environments.
