1. Replace the lubricating oil

We use standard mineral lubricants in the gearbox. The use of synthetic lubricants requires our consent. Attention! Mineral lubricating oil and synthetic lubricating oil cannot be mixed, otherwise the gearbox will be damaged.

2. Lubricating oil replacement cycle

After running for about 500 hours, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced. Replace every 3000 hours thereafter. Up to 3 years of 3.3 operating methods.

Start the gearbox.

Ensure that the transmission device and machine do not inadvertently start moving or being activated.

Open the oil drain plug and drain the lubricating oil through the drain port.

Install the drain plug.

Remove the vent plug and inject the recommended lubricating oil to the middle of the oil level mark or oil level gauge.

Reinstall the vent plug.
