5、 Operation precautions

Polyphosphate in drinking water treatment agents can react with these metal ions to form soluble complexes, inhibit the formation of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, and disperse into the water. After reacting with iron ions, a dynamic protective film is formed on the inner wall of the pipeline to prevent corrosion and prevent scaling.

Two usage methods:

1. Chemical cleaning process: water rinse, acid wash, descaling, water rinse, passivation treatment;

2. Disconnect other systems unrelated to the boiler and connect the cleaning tank, cleaning pump, and boiler into a closed cleaning circuit;

3. Check the leakage of the cleaning system under simulated cleaning conditions, and remove loose dirt from the boiler. When there are no large particles or impurities in the flushing water at the outlet, the water flushing is completed;

4. After the water flushing is completed, circulate and add "boiler cleaning powder" in the cleaning tank, control the concentration of the main cleaning agent at 36%, and maintain the temperature within the range of 5060 ℃. Perform circulating cleaning and decontamination in the system for about 23 hours. Regularly measure the pH value of the acid solution using pH test strips (once every 20 minutes), keeping it below 1. 5. After passing the water flushing, circulate and add "passivation pre film agent" for passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of the boiler. After the concentration of the entire system solution is evenly mixed and heated to around 60 degrees, stop circulating and soak for 23 hours. Drain the passivation solution from the system and end the cleaning process.

Three precautions:

1. Boiler descaling powder cannot be consumed;
