Prevent rotation

The working principle of Bernoulli suction cup is that high-pressure air enters the suction cup core and is sprayed out through the outlet of the special structure of the suction cup core to form a cyclone. At this time, the gas flow velocity on the upper surface of the workpiece is greater than that on the lower surface. Using the principle that the faster the flow velocity, the lower the pressure, and a pressure difference will be generated on the upper and lower sides of the workpiece, thus forming an upward lifting force at the bottom of the workpiece. Because the cyclone is formed by high-pressure air ejected from the center of the suction cup, an air surface is formed between the object and the bottom of the suction cup, creating a non-contact effect and sucking up the object. The current exhaust method of Bernoulli suction cups is to tighten two parts, leaving a small gap in between to allow gas to be ejected from the gap, thus forming suction force. This may have the following problems:
1. Because the two parts are fixed with screws, the interval between one circle will be within this tolerance, which will directly lead to a situation where the suction force of the suction cup is larger on one side and smaller on the other;
2. Because the interval between gas outlets is usually only 0.2mm to 0.5mm, there will be ash blockage during the adsorption process of products such as silicon wafers, which will directly affect the suction force;
