1. SF6 gas concentration exceeding standard detection

Display the SF6 gas content at each gas sensor alternately. When the SF6 gas concentration exceeds 800ppm, the display shows that the content exceeds the standard.

2. Oxygen concentration detection

Display the oxygen concentration values at each gas sensor in the switch room alternately.

3. Temperature and humidity display

The system can detect and display the temperature and humidity values in the current switch room

4. Display the last start and stop time of the fan

The staff can determine whether forced ventilation is necessary before entering the switch room based on this information.

5. Infrared detection function

The system can detect personnel who want to enter the switch room and provide voice prompts for ventilation when the fan is not working, until the personnel leave or the fan is started.

6. Forced ventilation

When the fan is in a stopped state, press the forced button and the system can perform forced ventilation for 15 minutes.

7. Absolute oxygen alarm

When the oxygen concentration is below 19.6%, an electric shock alarm signal is output and an on-site voice alarm is triggered.

8. Fan control time

When the SF6 gas content exceeds the standard (800ppm) or the oxygen concentration is too low (≤ 19.6%), control the fan to start ventilation, and each ventilation time should be at least 15 minutes.

9. Timed ventilation

The system can set the start and stop times of the fan every day to ensure that the switch room is ventilated at least once a day.

10. Voice function

The system can provide voice prompts for ventilation and report the current oxygen concentration and SF6 gas content in the switch room after ventilation is completed, to remind staff whether it is safe to enter the switch room.

11. LCD display automatic turn on/off backlight

When a patrol personnel approaches, the system automatically lights up the LCD background lighting. About 40 seconds after the personnel leave, the LCD rear static lighting automatically turns off.

Appearance and structure

The host of the JLK-2004 SF6 switchgear environment intelligent monitoring system adopts a wall mounted chassis. The wiring method adopts rear wiring, and the device uses flame-retardant small crimping terminals. The external dimensions and installation opening dimensions are shown in Figure 1.

Precautions

1. The temperature control for the host usage should be between -50 ℃ and 50 ℃

2. The probe should avoid the intrusion of a large amount of dust and chemicals during use.

3. The service life of the probe shall not be less than 3 years. If it exceeds 3 years, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer for calibration or replacement.

4. At least one gas probe needs to be installed below each SF6 switch.

5. The infrared probe in the basic configuration is ceiling mounted. If wall mounted installation is required, please specify it when ordering.
