Product Introduction
The secondary gun probe is suitable for converters equipped with a secondary gun system. During the smelting process, the temperature of the molten steel, carbon content, oxygen content and steel samples are collected online. The KD-TSC and KD-TSO sub-gun probes can control the smelting process and end points accurately, realize automated steelmaking, shorten steel output time, and increase the carbon temperature end point double hits.
The Sub-lance Probe is a high-performance, multi-functional measurement device designed for using with a sub-lance system in basic oxygen furnace (BOF) steelmaking. This automated immersion probe enables precise, real-time monitoring of key molten steel parameters—such as temperature, oxygen activity, and carbon content—during the blowing process without interrupting operations.
Engineered for seamless integration with BOF sub-lance arms, the probe delivers fast and reliable data critical for dynamic process control, optimized refining, and consistent steel quality.
