The liquid nitrogen circulation refrigeration cooled the detector to 77K, eliminating the trouble of adding liquid nitrogen at regular intervals. The MTTF of the long-life K508C refrigeration machine can last up to 30000 hours. The detector is made of 2 to 16.6 microns responsive cadmium telluride material. Depending on the application, 2-13, 2-22, 2-24 microns, and dual color detectors (2C, 1-5.5&5.5-14.5 microns) can also be used. The detector integrates infrared, refrigeration, and high vacuum technologies, and is an integrated product of high-sensitivity weak infrared signal detection and photoelectric signal conversion. Its characteristics are high detection rate and high reliability, with all-weather and long-distance infrared detection function. It can receive target infrared radiation and convert infrared optical information into voltage signal output.
