HTSStep type hydrothermal reactorBy adopting an innovative stepped positioning structure design for the inner liner, this product can effectively reduce the occurrence of "cold flow" deformation in the inner liner after high-temperature cooling, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of inner liner volume reduction and extending the service life of the inner liner.
hydrothermal reactorThe high-pressure digestion tank used in the oven, also known as the dissolution apparatus, pressure dissolution bomb, hydrothermal reaction kettle, digestion tank, or polytetrafluoroethylene high-pressure tank, is a device that utilizes a strong acid or alkali and a high-temperature, high-pressure, and sealed environment inside the tank to achieve rapid digestion of insoluble substances. It is a powerful assistant for the determination of trace elements and the digestion of samples during trace element analysis. Sample pretreatment for digestion of heavy metals, pesticide residues, food, sludge, rare earths, aquatic products, organic matter, etc. Our company's digestion tanks include 10mL, 25mL, 50mL, 100mL, 200mL, 300mL, 500mL, and 1000mL. The safe temperature is 260 ℃, and the maximum pressure can reach 3MPa. This product is made of high-quality non-magnetic 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel precision machined, with PTFE lining inside, double-layer care, acid and alkali resistance, etc. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation, and good corrosion resistance. It is an ideal product for sample digestion and processing in scientific research fields such as university laboratories, environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, and quality supervision. The corresponding working pressure does not exceed 3MPa. Different heating temperatures and heating times can be determined according to the technical indicators of different samples. In addition, the company can customize various specifications of high-pressure digestion tank liners (PTFE lined cups), which require processing according to drawings or samples.
Precautions for using hydrothermal reaction kettle
1. Before using the hydrothermal reactor, please carefully check the saturated vapor pressure of the solvent used at the reaction temperature to confirm that it will not exceed the maximum allowable operating pressure of the hydrothermal reactor before use.
2. When using the HTG/HTS series hydrothermal reaction kettle, due to the PTFE material used for the inner liner of the kettle, there is a certain degree of compressibility under high temperature and high pressure environment. It is not advisable to overtighten the kettle cover and top screw during initial use to avoid severe deformation of the inner liner caused by thermal expansion and compression under high temperature and high pressure.
3. When the operating temperature of the hydrothermal reaction kettle exceeds 150 ℃, it is recommended to apply a layer of high-temperature lithium based grease on the threads before tightening the kettle cover to prevent the stainless steel threads from biting under high temperature (models with silver plating process on the kettle cover do not need to apply grease).
4. It is prohibited to use hydrothermal synthesis reactors in the following situations:
a. The boiling point of solvents is below 60 ℃ (such as ether, acetone, dichloromethane, etc.);
b. A large amount of gas will be generated during the reaction process;
c. The material has flammable and explosive characteristics or a toxicity level of extreme and high hazard (see: "HG 20660-2000 Classification of Toxic Hazards and Explosion Hazards of Chemical Media in Pressure Vessels").
