1、 Ceramic step ball gauge is a product specifically designed for three coordinate measuring machines. The principle is to obtain the distance between two ball centers by touching the surface of the ball with a measuring head, and compare it with the known distance to obtain the length measurement error. Regardless of the placement position of the object being measured, measuring the sphere is easier to reflect the true accuracy of the coordinate measuring machine than measuring the plane, fully reflecting the comprehensive measurement accuracy of the coordinate measuring machine including detection errors.
