The production line adopts 4 extruders for multi-layer co extrusion, which tightly combines the functional layers of the composite pipe into a whole, fully exerting the functional role of each layer.

Using our company's PP-R (PP-B) and reinforced fiber shielded mixing screw, the plasticizing effect is good, the output is high, and it can ensure low-temperature extrusion.

Using our company's proprietary spiral multi-layer composite mold, the reinforcing fibers are arranged at a certain spiral angle, fully exerting their reinforcing effect in both circumferential and longitudinal directions in a certain proportion.

The inner and outer PP-R (PP-B) and intermediate reinforcement layer extruders can be adjusted separately or all can be adjusted together.

Advantages of Pipe Materials

High stability:When the pipe is installed openly, the support distance is greater than that of ordinary PP-R (PP-B) pipe, and it does not sag.

Low coefficient of linear expansion:≤ 0.7 × 10-4 L/℃. Due to the presence of fiberglass, the coefficient of linear expansion of the pipe is close to that of fiberglass, ensuring the use of the pipe at higher temperatures.

Strong competitiveness:Compared with ordinary PP-R (PP-B) pipes, pipes of the same pressure level can have thinner wall thickness, thereby saving materials, reducing pipe costs, and having strong competitiveness in price.

Pipe welding is convenient and adaptable:The welding method and fittings are the same as ordinary PP-R (PP-B) pipes.
