Overview

The static microscopic particle size analyzer consists of an optical microscope, a digital CCD camera, image processing and analysis software, a computer, a printer, and other components. Due to the different shapes of the powders, while using a laser particle size analyzer for testing, the JX-2000A particle image analyzer can be selected to more accurately visualize the particle size morphology and control product quality.

Product Details

The JX-2000 image analysis system consists of an optical microscope, a digital CCD camera, image processing and analysis software, a computer, a printer, and other components. Due to the different shapes of the powders, while using a laser particle size analyzer for testing, the JX-2000 particle image analyzer can be selected to more accurately visualize the particle size morphology and control product quality. The powder particles are magnified several times by a microscope, and clear particle morphology images captured by a camera are transmitted to a computer. The original morphology of the powder particles is directly observed on the computer, and data such as particle number, area, circumference, diameter, volume distribution, aspect ratio distribution, and circularity distribution are obtained through proprietary software calculation and analysis. Microscopic particle image analyzer is mainly used to observe particle morphology, analyze particle size distribution, monitor whether there are large or abnormal particles in the sample, and provide effective data support for controlling product quality.

Test Principle

Particles are imaged on an imaging device, and the smallest unit that makes up an image is a pixel, with each pixel having a specific size. By counting the number of particles and the number of pixels contained in each particle, the diameter and aspect ratio of each particle's equal area circle are calculated, and then all particles are counted to obtain information such as particle size distribution.
