State Grid Collector Type II (DCZL13-YP23 (narrowband carrier), DCJL13-YP13 (micro power wireless)) integrates modern communication technology, computer software and hardware technology, and power marketing technology. It can collect data from energy meters with RS485 interfaces. Each collection terminal can connect 32 energy meters, forward real-time meter reading commands from the power carrier concentrator, and transmit the data returned by the energy meters back to the concentrator. This collector complies with technical standards such as "Q/GDW 1374.2-2013 Technical Specification for Power User Electricity Information Collection System Part 2: Technical Specification for Centralized Meter Reading Terminal" and "Q/GDW 1375.3-2013 Type Specification for Power User Electricity Residential Collection System Part 3: Collector Type Specification".
