Soda water mixing heater is a new type of heating device that directly mixes steam and water (or other liquids). It uses steam to directly heat and raise the temperature of water (or liquid). There are currently two types: submerged and pipeline. Compared with other indirect heat exchange devices, the steam water mixed heater has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency (almost up to), low noise, simple installation, and low cost. It is a steam heating equipment in the bathtub water supply, production and domestic hot water supply, and hot water heating system. It is widely used for mixing and heating fluids in industries such as food brewing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum, rubber, and papermaking.

The pipeline type steam water mixing heater consists of a core tube (Laval nozzle) and an outer shell. The core tube wall has many inclined holes, and the relatively small part of the inlet end of the core tube is the throat. The middle part of the core tube is the mixing heating zone, and the steam zone is between the core tube and the outer shell.
During the operation of the steam water mixing heater, cold water is sprayed into the heating zone at high speed from the throat, while steam is sprayed into the heating zone at high speed from the inclined hole of the core tube. The steam water mixing exchanges heat and produces hot water.

Preparation of heating hot water.
1. Heating and recycling of raw water in power plants. Low pressure deaerator exhaust steam is used to heat desalinated water.
2. Chemical, petroleum, light industry and other industries recycle low-pressure exhaust gas for the production of hot water.
3. Heating water for daily use in hospitals, hotels, bathhouses, and residents.
According to their heating methods, they can be divided into unidirectional open systems and cyclic systems.
(A) A one-way open system (disposable heating) is a system where hot water is directly sent to bathhouses, bathhouses, and other domestic water sources after being heated by a heater in one go. In a single open system, when steam is not introduced, the friction loss of the standard flow through the steam water mixing heater is 5 meters of water column.
