1. Flammable and volatile chemicals should not be placed inside the box.

2. If any abnormalities, odors, smoke, or other situations occur during use, please immediately turn off the power. Users should not blindly repair and should notify our repair department for personnel to inspect and repair. (There may be a strange odor and a small amount of smoke when the new machine is first turned on, which is a normal phenomenon. Please observe twice. If this phenomenon persists, please call our customer service center for consultation.).

3. The inner lining of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be wiped regularly to maintain cleanliness and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not use acid, alkali, or other corrosive solutions to wipe the outer surface.

4. If the device is not in use, the power cord should be unplugged to prevent damage to personnel. And it should be operated regularly (usually quarterly) for 2-3 days according to the usage conditions to remove moisture from the electrical parts and avoid damaging related components.

Usage and troubleshooting of drying oven

1. Before using an electric blast drying oven, it is necessary to check for any overlapping or short circuits in the nickel wire.

2. The average load of the sample shelf cannot exceed 20kg.

3. Explosive, flammable, and volatile materials are prohibited from being placed in a drying oven to prevent explosions.

4. Items cannot be placed on the shelves between the sample chamber and the heating chamber to avoid affecting heat exchange.
