Stainless steel high-temperature oven/vacuum oven configuration and technical specifications:
1. Inner box material: High quality high-quality SUS304 mirror stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm. The bottom of the inner tank is reinforced with channel steel to prevent deformation.
2. Outer box material: High grade SUS304 brushed stainless steel plate.
3. Welding process: The inner side of the inner liner adopts a mirror panel, and the inner interface adopts laser low-temperature full welding. After welding, it adopts mirror polishing treatment, and the surface is clean and dust-free.
4. Door structure: The door shell is made of brushed stainless steel, and there is no observation window on the surface. The door opening method is from right to left.
5. Insulation cotton: high temperature resistant and fireproof aluminum silicate.
6. Heater: Multiple dry baking ceramic tile type high-temperature stainless steel fin type heaters are used, with embedded heating elements installed safely in the stainless steel cavity interlayer.
