Stainless steel spray tower structure:

A mass transfer device using a spray tower packing layer as a gas-liquid two-phase contact element. The packing support plate is set at the bottom of the packing tower, and the packing is arranged in a stacked manner on the support plate. The packing pressure plate is installed above the packing to prevent upward airflow from blowing out. The spray tower sprays liquid from the tower top, reaches the packing through the liquid distributor, and flows downward along the packing surface. After the gas is distributed from the bottom of the tower, the liquid continuously flows back through the gaps in the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, gas-liquid two-phase is in close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid flows along the packing layer, there may sometimes be wall flow. The wall flow effect leads to uneven distribution of gas-liquid phases in the packing layer, resulting in a decrease in mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, Zhonghan Environmental Technology divides the packing layer in the spray tower into two parts, with a redistribution device in the middle, and then sprays it onto the lower packing after redistribution.
