The special dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts is a spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts, which solves the following problems of materials in the original LPG high-speed spray dryer during the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts:

1. The material sticks to the wall and has a low powder collection rate;

2. The material stays on the wall for a long time, resulting in coking and deterioration of the material

3. Difficult to clean and does not meet GMP requirements;

4. Low output: LPG -150 spray dryer can only handle 50-60kg/h liquid. Compared with LPG high-speed centrifugal spray dryer, Chinese herbal extract has the following characteristics:

1. Adopting three-level air purification to meet the requirement of 300000 level intake air;

2. Adopting a cold wall device, the temperature of the inner wall reaches 80 ℃, and the material stays on the wall without coking;

3. The whole volume is 3.5 times of the original LPG standard centrifugal spray.

4. Adopting a quick opening flushing device, suitable for production requirements of multiple varieties

5. Wet dust removal is adopted for dust removal, which ensures that the dust does not go out and meets environmental protection requirements;

6. The use of an air scanning device results in a more satisfactory effect;

7. Provide 2 atomizers with variable frequency speed regulation

8. Adopting PLC control, the program control system displays on the screen;

9. Can be equipped with a flushing device

10. Can be equipped with dry air sealed closed conveying;
