The GS-PFG series microcomputer controlled steam jet explosion pulping equipment is suitable for manufacturers with an annual output of 8000-50000 tons of pulp and paper. It uses plant fiber raw materials such as wheat straw, straw, wood, reeds, cotton stalks, hemp stalks, sugarcane bagasse, etc. to make pulp by physical blasting, and then uses papermaking technology to make various grades of corrugated paper, packaging paper, writing paper, and toilet paper.
Structure and performance characteristics
This product adopts a medium pressure 2.5Mp steam boiler and an intelligent design, with stable performance and long service time spray explosion tank, as well as auxiliary special equipment. It is a new design and manufacturing of our company's imported foreign technology and improvement, enhancement, and perfection of dozens of domestically operated spray explosion pulping equipment. By utilizing microcomputer technology, intelligent dynamic tracking and control are achieved, with a high degree of automation. The entire blasting pulp production line is centrally controlled, reducing human factors and ensuring pulp quality, greatly reducing labor intensity.
The basic principle of explosive pulping technology is that papermaking fiber raw materials with cellular structure are moistened and expanded by water vapor under a certain saturation of water vapor, the crystallinity of cellulose is increased, the pores are filled with steam, lignin softens at high temperatures, and half fibers are partially degraded, thereby weakening the connections between fibers. When the material under a certain pressure suddenly depressurizes, the fibers are dissociated due to the rapid expansion of the medium. Produce a 'blasting' effect. By controlling certain process parameters for different pulp materials, qualified pulp can be produced, which complies with the national standards GBl3024-91 and Ggang 3023-91.
The pure water steam explosion pulp and paper technology is a major breakthrough in traditional pulp and paper technology. Characteristics of steam explosion pulping technology
1. Low cost: Steam explosion pulping has low energy consumption, low water consumption, low gangue consumption, and occupies a small area.
2. High pulp yield: For different fiber raw materials, it can reach 65% -75%, which is 15-20% higher than chemical pulping.
3. Low pollution: During the steam explosion pulping process, the amount of water and gangue added is very small, and the cooking time is short (6 minutes). There is no sufficient medium and time condition for chemical changes during the blasting process, and the cracking and separation of raw materials. The pulping process is mainly caused by the physical changes caused by the instantaneous pressure "drop". Due to its influence, its pollution is only equivalent to 5-10% of the pollution generated by chemical pulping.
4.
