The LDG electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument that measures the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids based on the working principle of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It is a product of the combination of fluid mechanics and electromagnetics. When a conductor cuts magnetic field lines in a magnetic field, it generates induced electromotive force at both ends. LDG consists of two main parts: flow sensors and converters. The measuring tube is equipped with excitation coils on top and bottom, which generate a magnetic field through the measuring tube after passing through the excitation current. A pair of electrodes are installed on the inner wall of the measuring tube and in contact with the liquid, leading out the induced potential and sending it to the converter. A new type of electromagnetic flowmeter updated on the basis of LDG series electromagnetic flowmeter. New breakthroughs have been made in both appearance and assembly methods, as well as in internal structure: a sharp and angular appearance, quick assembly without welding process, and a rationalized structure with better magnetic field distribution. At the same time, the zinc spraying process has been introduced, which can effectively protect the surface of the electromagnetic flowmeter even in harsh environments and enhance its anti-corrosion performance.

The measurement results are independent of physical parameters such as fluid pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc;
