在现场环境较好的条件下，一般都选用一体型，即传感器和转换器组装成一体。所谓分体型，即传感器和转换器分开装于不同的地点，一般出现以下情况时选用分体型。

　　1. 环境温度或转换器表面受辐射温度超过60℃.

　　2. 管道震动较大的场合。

　　3. 会对转换器的铝壳严重腐蚀的场合。

　　4. 流量计安装在高空或井下，调试不方便的场合。
