1. Mold structure

1. General Standard Procedure (SOP)

  1. Preparation of rubber material
    • Parking of mixed rubber for ≥ 4h, ≤ 72h

    • Sampling weight:15±1 g(Ensure to fill the center and start flowing)

    • Pressed into circular pieces, without bubbles or wrinkles

  2. mold preheating
    • Temperature:170℃

    • Preheating time:≥30 min

    • The template has good parallelism and no bias voltage

  3. Loading and mold closing
    • Place the adhesive material in the center

    • Quickly close the mold and apply pressure:10 MPa(100 kgf/cm²)

    • Instant timer:10 min

  4. Pressure holding vulcanization
    • Maintain 170 ℃ and 10 MPa throughout the entire process

    • Time to open the mold, take out the spider sample

  5. Cooling and measurement
    • Measure after cooling at room temperature for 30 minutes
