Overview
The wire feeding spheroidization process is to synthesize alloy spheroidized core wire and impregnated core wire by adding various additives (spheroidizing agents, inoculation agents) to the molten iron. Then, with the help of a casting dedicated wire feeding machine, the alloy containing core wire is continuously injected into the bottom of the molten iron.
