Magnetic electric speed sensor

1、 Overview:

CSZM-99Magnetic electric speed sensor can convert angular displacement into electrical signals for counter counting. It can measure the speed and linear velocity of various magnetic materials such as gears, impellers, and disks with holes (or grooves, screws) without contact. Sensors have the advantages of small size, sturdy and reliable, long service life, and no need for power or lubricating oil, and can be used with general secondary instruments.

4、 Precautions for use

　　　1.Sensor housing during installationM16×1The threads must not be damaged, and the hexagonal nut should rotate freely. After tightening the hexagonal nut, there should be no looseness.

　　　2,It is advisable to ensure that the tested gear does not come into contact with the sensor during installation. And we hope to minimize the gap δ as much as possible to improve the output signal amplitude.
