  • X2 TSP visible spectrophotometer can detect iron (ortho phenanthroline method)

    • First, add hydroxylamine hydrochloride to reduce Fe ³ ⁺ → Fe ² ⁺, then adjust the pH to 3.5~4.5 and add a color developer.

  • Residual chlorine (DPD method)

  • Ammonia nitrogen (Nessler's reagent method)

    • The water sample needs to be pre distilled (if it contains Ca ² ⁺>250mg/L or organic matter interference).
